John has been in vocational ministry for more than 30 years in almost every conceivable position. He has served youth as a Camp Director, Youth Pastor, Teacher in Christian Schools, Professor in youth ministry department of two colleges and one seminary, Director of Education, and since February 2003 he has been serving as the Senior Pastor of the Ankeny Free Church in Ankeny, Iowa.
